3.\nApprove the City of Anaheim’s 2025 Citizen Participation Plan for United States Department of\nHousing and Urban Development Entitlement and Successor programs; and designate the\nDirector of the Housing and Community Development Department, or designee, as the Certifying\nOfficial authorized to execute all documents related to the administration, management, and\nimplementation of the plan.
