3.4.\nAgreement with Bear\nelectrical services.\nElectrical\nSolutions,\nLLC\nfor\non-call\nsignal,\nlighting,\nand\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the agreement with Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC in the amount\nnot-to-exceed $750,000 for on-call signal, lighting, and electrical services; and\nauthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.\n2.
