7.\nApprove Contract Number MA# 106-498542 with Fujitec America, Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $3,589,918 for the initial three year term, with four one-year optional renewals, for a total\ncumulative amount not to exceed $8,376,475.32, for the provision of preventative maintenance\nand repair services for vertical transportation equipment at the Anaheim Convention Center; and\nauthorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute the contract and exercise the renewal\noptions, in accordance with Invitation for Bids #515-287487-AH.
