11.\nApprove an agreement with Woodard and Curran, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,328,837\nplus a 10% contingency for a total amount not to exceed $1,461,720.70, to provide engineering\nservices for the Resort Area Sanitary Sewer and Roadway Widening Improvement Project, and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and related\ndocuments and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
