Ordinance No. 13-25.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Conduct and close the public hearing.\n2. Introduce and conduct First Reading of Ordinance No. 13-25. An Ordinance of the\nCity Council of the City of Orange amending Title 17 (Zoning) of the Orange\nMunicipal Code to allow the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in conjunction\nwith the operation of a bona fide restaurant as a permitted use in certain zoning\ndistricts subject to special use regulations.\n3.
