12.\nApprove the updated policies and procedures for the Homeless Assistance Program for Families\n(HAP-F) and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), in substantial form, with the Anaheim\nUnion High School District for referrals to HAP-F, for a term expiring June 30, 2027, with\nautomatic three-year renewals; authorize the Director of Housing and Community Development\nDepartment, or designee, to take all actions necessary to execute and administer the MOU and\nthe HAP-F program, and authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms\nand conditions of the MOU, as determined by the City Attorney’s Office.
