15.\nApprove the 2025-01 Amendment to an agreement with Insurity LLC, successor in interest to\nSystema Software LLC, in an amount not to exceed $126,500 plus a 15% contingency per year,\nfor a one (1) year extension of the Master Software and Services Agreement for the management\nof self-administered claims, and authorize the Purchasing Agent to amend and exercise up to\nthree one-year renewal options.
