5.8 PROPOSED\nPROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES\nAGREEMENTS\nFOR\nON-CALL\nENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1)\nASCENT ENVIRONMENTAL, INC., 2) DE NOVO PLANNING GROUP, AND 3)\nMICHAEL BAKER INTERNATIONAL, INC. (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Professional Services Agreements with 1) Ascent\nEnvironmental, Inc., 2) De Novo Planning Group, and 3) Michael Baker\nInternational, Inc., for environmental review consulting services on an oncall, as needed basis for a three-year term in a total maximum not-toexceed contract amount of $75,000 each; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Professional Services\nAgreements for on-call environmental review consulting services with 1)\nAscent Environmental, Inc., 2) De Novo Planning Group, and 3) Michael\nBaker International, Inc.\nItem No. 5.8\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
