5.6 APPROVAL OF EQUIPMENT LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT AND CUSTOMER\nCARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR FOUR MULTIFUNCTION COPY\nMACHINES WITH C3 TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FOR A 12-MONTH TERM\n(Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve an Equipment Lease renewal agreement with C3 Technology\nServices for a multifunction copier lease for a 12-month term; and\n2) Approve a Customer Care Maintenance agreement with C3 Technology\nServices for multifunction copier maintenance services for a 12-month\nterm; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements for multifunction\ncopier lease and maintenance services with C3 Technology Services for a\none-year extension cost of $14,496, taking the total cost of the lease to\n$53,394.\nItem No. 5.6
