18.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4020 WITH JCL TRAFFIC SERVICES TO PROVIDE\nTRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4020 with JCL Traffic Services for an additional one-year\nterm to provide traffic control services through August 10, 2026; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
