9. Designation of Voting Delegates for the League of California Cities Annual General Assembly October\n8-10, 2025 (Response required by Wednesday, September 24, 2025)\nRecommended Action for the City Council:\n— 1. As the City’s delegate representative to the Los Angeles Division of the League designate Council\nMember Karen Davis as the voting delegate to represent the City of Glendora at the Leagues’ Annual\nBusiness Meeting conducted on Friday, October 10, 2025;\n— 2. Designate Mayor Pro Tem Allawos as the City’s alternate in the event Council Member Karen Davis is\nunable to serve in that capacity; and\n— 3. Direct the City Clerk to submit the required online “Voting Delegate” form to through the Cal Cities\nPortal https://my.calcities.org/Voting-Delegate-Submissions no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
