3. Updates to City Internal Revenue Code (IRC) 457(b) Retirement Plan with\nMissionSquare\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a seven-year agreement with MissionSquare Retirement as the sole\nprovider for future employee IRC 456(b) retirement contributions; and\n2. Approve adding a MissionSquare Brokerage Program as an additional\ninvestment option for plan participants; and\n3. Approve opening an RC 457(b) MissionSquare Roth account option in\ncompliance with the Federal Secure Act 2.0, (Setting Every Community Up for\nRetirement Enhancement 2.0 Act) requirements; and
