1. Minutes\nRecommendation: Approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting held\nAugust 13, 2025.

2. Citywide Fee Schedule Update\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1981 approving a correction to the\nCitywide Fee Schedule to remedy two clerical errors and adopting the revised\nschedule as presented.

3. Updates to City Internal Revenue Code (IRC) 457(b) Retirement Plan with\nMissionSquare\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a seven-year agreement with MissionSquare Retirement as the sole\nprovider for future employee IRC 456(b) retirement contributions; and\n2. Approve adding a MissionSquare Brokerage Program as an additional\ninvestment option for plan participants; and\n3. Approve opening an RC 457(b) MissionSquare Roth account option in\ncompliance with the Federal Secure Act 2.0, (Setting Every Community Up for\nRetirement Enhancement 2.0 Act) requirements; and

4. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1981 Updating the City IRC 457(b) Retirement Plan\nwith Mission Square Retirement.\n4. Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 2 with Square Signs LLC (DBA\nFront Signs)\nRecommendation: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Square Signs LLC dba Front Signs for the manufacturing and\ninstallation of signage at the Tennis and Swim Center, as well as additional park\nand facility locations, including a specialty sign at Wild Walnut Park. This\namendment will ensure consistency with the City’s updated branding and address\nthe need for updated and compliant signage across multiple sites.

5. Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing for Eligible Energy Efficient\nImprovements\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1982 consenting to the inclusion of\nproperties within the City of Calabasas to the California Statewide Communities\nDevelopment Authority (CSCDA) Open PACE Program.

6. 35th Anniversary Ad Hoc Committee\nRecommendation: Approve the creation of a City Council Ad Hoc Committee to\nassist in the planning of the City’s 35th Anniversary Celebration Event and appoint\nMayor Pro Tem Bozajian and Councilmember Albrecht to serve on the committee,\nas recommended by Mayor Kraut.
