3. Updates to City Internal Revenue Code (IRC) 457(b) Retirement Plan with MissionSquare Recommendation: 1. Approve a seven-year agreement with MissionSquare Retirement as the sole provider for future employee IRC 456(b) retirement contributions; and 2. Approve adding a MissionSquare Brokerage Program as an additional investment option for plan participants; and 3. Approve opening an RC 457(b) MissionSquare Roth account option in compliance with the Federal Secure Act 2.0, (Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement 2.0 Act) requirements; and
