4. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1981 Updating the City IRC 457(b) Retirement Plan with Mission Square Retirement. 4. Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 2 with Square Signs LLC (DBA Front Signs) Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Square Signs LLC dba Front Signs for the manufacturing and installation of signage at the Tennis and Swim Center, as well as additional park and facility locations, including a specialty sign at Wild Walnut Park. This amendment will ensure consistency with the City’s updated branding and address the need for updated and compliant signage across multiple sites.
