10.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-73 APPROVING THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO TO BECOME A MEMBER OF\nTHE FIRST PUBLIC HYDROGEN (FPH2) JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-73 approving the City of Montebello to become a member of the First Public\nHydrogen (FPH2) Joint Powers Authority (JPA); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with FPH2 on the City’s behalf; and\n3. Take any additional related actions as deemed necessary
