8F. Award Construction Contract to HSCC Inc. for the Grandview Stairs Repair\nProject (CP23A) and Adopt Resolution No. 2025-80 to Fund Repairs to the\nGrandview Beach Access Stairway. Environmental Considerations: This\nproject is Categorically Exempt (CE) from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (d) of the CEQA Guidelines. This\nsection exempts rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged structures to meet\ncurrent standards of public health and safety.
