8. FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDED MOUNTAIN\nVIEW MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY RESTROOM REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Authorize city staff to file the attached Notice of Completion of the project (Attachment A) with\nthe San Bernardino County Recorder's Office.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute any documentation, if required, by San\nBernardino County to close out the Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetery restroom project.\n3. Approve the release of construction-related retention monies to TSR Construction after 35\ndays of recordation of the Notice of Completion for the Mountain View Memorial Park\nCemetery restroom project.
