THE KIWANIS CLUB OF BARSTOW CROSSROADS IS REQUESTING IN-KIND FINANCIAL\nASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,885.25 TO HELP OFFSET EXPENSES ASSOCIATED\nWITH HOSTING ITS ANNUAL MARDI GRAS PARADE SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY,\nOCTOBER 18, 2025.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the in-kind donation of $27,885.25 to support the annual Mardi Gras Parade.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. XX-2025 authorizing the temporary closure of designated streets for\nthe event scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025.\n3. Approve the use of the City parking lot on the north side of East Williams Street between\nBarstow Road and Second Avenue for parade staging.
