5. APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH VICTORY FUNDRAISING AND EVENTS\nFOR FUNDRAISING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE COLUMBIA MEMORIAL SPACE CENTER\nThat the City Council:\n1) Approve an agreement with Victory Fundraising and Events Inc. for Fundraising Consultant Services at the\nColumbia Memorial Space Center, for a one-year term beginning on October 28, 2025, with the option to extend\nfor an additional two, one-year terms for a total contract amount of up to $126,000; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve and execute all amendments to the agreement.
