16.\nApprove the use of city resources and the request for in-kind support in the amount of\n$7,234.00 related to the Downtown Redlands Artwalk event hosted by the Kid’s Cure’s\nFoundation on October 19, 2025; approve temporary street closures related to the event;\nand determine that the event is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant\nto Section 15311(c) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental\nQuality Act (Facilities and Community Services Department Director Crocker).
