13) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION ON WHETHER RESOLUTIONS BE INCORPORATED INTO\nTHE EXISTING CITY RECOGNITION REQUEST PROCESS AND DETAILS ON POTENTIAL DESIGN\nOPTIONS FOR CERTIFICATES\nRecommend that the City Council provide directions on the following:\na. Whether to update the City’s Recognition Request Policy and Procedure to include\nResolutions as an additional form of recognition; and\nb. Whether to explore design upgrade options for proclamations and certificates, including\ncost considerations.
