11) A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE\nALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2025-2026, AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Conduct a Public Hearing;\nb. Pending public testimony, adopt Resolution No. 8405 approving and establishing the\nallocation of Community Development Block Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 2025-2025;\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to submit documentation conveying the City\nCouncil’s Resolution to the Los Angeles County Community Development Authority for\napproval; and\nd.
