7)\nCONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO CIVILTEC\nENGINEERING INC. FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES OF WELL 2A NITRATE TREATMENT\nSYSTEM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Civiltec Engineering Inc. (Contract No. 2424) in\namount not to exceed $378,390, to provide Professional Engineering Design Services for\nthe Development of a new Well 2A Nitrate Treatment System;\nb. Authorize the City Manager to approve a contingency up to an amount not to exceed 15%\nof the contract price for any unforeseen conditions or change in work related to the\ncontract; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe Agreement.
