Conduct a Public Hearing; and\nb. Pending public testimony, approve introduction for first reading Ordinance No. 1736 in title\nonly, and waive further reading “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City Of San\nFernando, California, amending Chapter 90 (Traffic And Vehicles) of the San Fernando\nMunicipal Code to implement a Residential Parking Permit Program”.
