11.1\nFirst Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance for Annexation No. 28, Nova Power,\ninto Community Facilities District 2017­1, Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution calling an election to annex territory, including Assessor’s\nParcel No. 331­180­025 (formerly APN 331­180­022), associated with PLN 22­\n0154, Nova Power, located east of Antelope Road, north of McLaughlin Road,\nsouthwest of Matthews Road, and south of State Route 74, into City of Menifee\nCommunity Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017­1 (Maintenance Services) and to\nlevy a special tax on that land; and\n2. Hold a special landowner election and canvass the election; and\n3. Adopt a resolution declaring results of special landowner election; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2017­231 and levying and\napportioning the special tax in CFD 2017­1.
