City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a Property 25-945\nUse Agreement with Vista Community Clinic for the use of\na portion of office space at the John Landes Community\nCenter building located at 2855 Cedar Road, for a four-year\nterm, for the purpose of operating Project REACH to\nprovide after school programming, youth development\nactivities, and other youth related services; and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of\nall supporting documents.
