6.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the City 25-958\nEngineer to approve Construction Change Order No. 2 with\nFordyce Construction, Inc. (“Fordyce”), in the amount of\n$1,145,520, for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$5,025,043, for additional construction services for the\nCrown Heights Community Resource Center Building\n(“Crown Heights Resource Center”); authorize the City\nEngineer to approve change orders required to extend the\nrental agreement with Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc.\n(“Pacific Mobile”) as needed per the construction schedule,\nin an amount not-to-exceed $50,000; and appropriate\nadditional funds from the General Fund Assigned\nInfrastructure Reserves, in the amount of $1,003,478, to\ncover the funding gap for necessary construction repairs,\nincluding extension of the temporary facilities.
