11. City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council award a contract to 25-956\nVicon Enterprise, in the amount of $290,215, for the\nMission Basin Groundwater Purification Facility Sodium\nHypochlorite Tank and Piping Replacement and Secondary\nContainment Retrofit Project; authorize the City Engineer to\nexecute change orders up to a total of 10 percent of the\ncontract amount for any unforeseen conditions for a total\ncontract amount not to exceed $319,237; and authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
