City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-954\nauthorizing the City to accept and appropriate a\nCALTRANS Sustainable Transportation Planning grant, in\nthe amount of $595,000, to prepare the Oceanside Active\nTransportation Plan; authorize the appropriation of $82,000\nfrom the Committed General Plan Assigned account for the\nrequired City-match; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute all necessary grant documents.
