8.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-934\nAmendment 3, in the amount of $561,795, to the\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Moffat &\nNichol, Inc. for a revised contract amount of $4,400,912 for\nadditional design services for the Pier View Way Bridge\nand Lifeguard Headquarters Project; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
