Approve Plans and Specifications for City Hall East Wing HVAC Replacement, Project\n379; and\n2. Award a contract to AireMasters Air Conditioning for $721,000, and authorize a\ncontingency of $108,500; and\n3. Approve a Task Order for Construction Inspection Services to FCG Consultants, Inc., for\n$80,075.16, and authorize a contingency of $12,500; and\n4. Appropriate an additional $257,076 in the Capital Projects Fund for the City Hall East\nWing HVAC Replacement, Project 379; and\n5. Transfer $257,076 from the Infrastructure Reserve Fund to the Capital Projects Fund for\nProject 379.
