Approve Plans and Specifications for Senior Center Exterior Doors Replacement, Project\n396; and\n2. Award a contract to Genesis Builders, Inc. for $232,200, and authorize a contingency of\n$34,900; and\n3. Approve a Task Order for Construction Inspection Services to FCG Consultants, Inc., for\n$9,136.80, and authorize a contingency of $1,400; and\n4. Appropriate an additional $143,437 in the Recreation and Park District General Fund for\nthe Senior Center Exterior Doors Replacement, Project 396.
