12.\nApprove Additional Direct Funding and Waiver of Fees for the Cypress Community\nFestival Association\nAgendized by: Ad Hoc Subcommittee, Mayor Burke and Council Member Peat\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve additional support for the Cypress Community Festival Association through the\nNon-Profit Grant Request Program; and\n2. Appropriate $3,500 in FY 2025-26 from the District’s General Fund for the Cypress\nCommunity Festival Association's Insurance costs.
