K.\nNotice of Intent to Overrule the Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC)\nfor Orange County’s Finding of Housing Element, Zoning Code\nAmendment and Main Street Specific Plan Amendment Inconsistency That the City Council adopt Resolution 7691: 1. Notifying the Orange County\nAirport Land Use Commission and the Division of Aeronautics of the California\nDepartment of Transportation of the City’s intention to find that the General\nPlan 2021-2029 Housing Element Update, Zoning Code Amendment, and\nMain Street Specific Plan Amendment are consistent with the purposes of the\nState Aeronautics Act and overrule the Orange County Airport Land Use\nCommission’s determination that the Housing Element Update, Zoning Code\nAmendment and Main Street Specific Plan (MSSP) Amendment are\ninconsistent with the 2017 Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos Airport\nEnvirons Land Use Plan; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to submit\nResolution 7691 to the Orange County Airport Land Use Commission and the\nState Division of Aeronautics, and schedule a public hearing pursuant to\nPublic Utilities Code Section 21676.
