G.\nApproving and Authorizing the Transfer of the Public Works\nSuperintendent Classification to the Mid-Management and Confidential\nEmployees Association Bargaining Unit and Temporarily Amending the\nPosition’s Job Classification - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7687:\n1. Approving the transfer of the Public Works Superintendent classification’s\nbargaining unit from Seal Beach Supervisors & Professionals Association to\nMid-Management and Confidential Employees Association, effective\nSeptember 8, 2025; and, 2. Corrects the job classification’s exempt status for\n\nthe period from June 23, 2025 through September 8, 2025 and confirming that\nthe position will be exempt thereafter; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager, or\ntheir designee, to execute all necessary documents and take actions required\nto classify the Public Works Superintendent in the new bargaining unit.
