F.\nApproving and Authorizing Amendment 1 to the On-Call Professional\nMaintenance Services Agreement with Lance Edward Unkovich dba Free\nLance Masonry for Concrete and Masonry Maintenance and Repair\nServices - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7686: 1. Approving\nAmendment 1 to the On-Call Professional Maintenance Services Agreement\nfor concrete and masonry maintenance and repair services with Lance\nEdward Unkovich dba Free Lance Masonry, dated October 3, 2022, as\npreviously extended, to: (a) to extend the term of the Agreement for a third\nextension from October 3, 2025 through October 3, 2026; (b) supplementing\nthe scope of services for the second extension by the additional services set\nforth in Exhibit A-1; (c) to authorize an increase in total contract compensation\nby $86,225.00, which includes $11,225.00 for the second extension (revising\nsecond extension total compensation amount to $46,225.00) and the not-toexceed sum of $75,000 for third extension, for a total not-to-exceed revised\ncontract amount of $191,225; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City\nManager to execute Amendment 1 on behalf of the City.
