8.\nAUTHORIZE RFP: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION\nINSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE GREEN STREET DEMONSTRATION PROJECT\nON MAIN STREET – F2M23-56, RFP2M25-17\nOn August 25, 2025, the City Council approved the circulation of the Notice of Inviting Bids\nfor construction of the Green Street Demonstration Project. The project includes the\ninstallation of four (4) drywells north of Main Street on Birch Avenue and Grand Avenue,\n20,000 square feet of bioretention areas, and planting 34 new trees along Main Street.\nStaff is now seeking authorization to request proposals for the construction management\nand construction inspection services for the project.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council authorize the distribution of a Request for\nProposals (RFP) for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for\nthe Green Street Demonstration Project on Main Street with proposals due no later than\n4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
