1.\nCOMMENDATIONS: AYSO REGION 60 16U BOYS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP\nTEAM –– F2M25-3\nMayor Lee and the Alhambra City Council, on behalf of the citizens of Alhambra, wish to\ncongratulate and commend the the American Youth Soccer Region 60 16 and under Boys\nDivision Team for their victory in the 16 and under Boys Division National Championship\nTournament. The National Championship games spanned six days, featured 1,031 games\nplayed across 25 soccer fields, and brought together over 4,800 players, 696 coaches,\n348 teams, and filled over 3,000 referee slots. The win marks the first time the Region\nwon the National Title. The AYSO Region 60 players are to be commended for\ndemonstrating their athletic skills, their ability to work together in a spirit of commitment,\ndedication and hard work and for becoming National Champions.
