9H.\nAPPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR TOWING SERVICES\nRequested is the authorization to allow the City Manager to approve the second\namendment to the Agreement for General Services – Towing Services with Action\nSouthland Enterprises, Inc., DBA Action Southland Towing to extend the term of the\nAgreement to September 30, 2026. Action Southland Towing currently provides towing\nservices for the City and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n("CEQA") pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Approve the Second Amendment to the existing Agreement for General Services Towing Services with Action Southland Enterprises, Inc., DBA Action Southland\nTowing; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to bind the City of Stanton and Action Southland\nEnterprises, Inc., DBA Action Southland Towing in a contract to provide towing\nservices to the City of Stanton for a term extension from September 30, 2025 to\nSeptember 30, 2026.\nStanton City Council Agenda
