9E.\nCITY SPONSORSHIP REQUEST – FRIENDS OF FAMILIES FOOD DRIVE\nPer the City’s Sponsorship Program, Friends of Families is requesting co-sponsorship of\ntheir Food Drive at Stanton Park planned monthly from October – December 2025. The\nsponsorship request is for in-kind consideration valued at $681.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare this project to be categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act, Class 1, Section 15301c; and\n2.
