9.\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council approve the second amendment to the agreement\nwith Bio Tox Laboratories Inc. for toxicology and lab services, to increase\nthe payment in the amount of $225,000 for a total agreement amount of\n$670,000, and to extend the term to June 30, 2028.\nAttachments:\nSecond Amendment\nApprove Eighth Amendment to Agreement with David Evans and Associates, Inc. for the Diaz\nRoad Expansion Project, PW17-25\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the eighth amendment to the agreement with David Evans and\nAssociates, Inc., to increase the contingency by $200,000 in support of the\nprofessional design and environmental services of the Diaz Road\nExpansion Project, PW17-25; and\n2.
