Amendment No. 2 To Professional Services Agreement with\nSagecrest Planning Environmental for Provision of\nBuilding Official, Plan Check, Inspection, And Planning\nServices Fiscal Impact: Revenue: $120,000 (102532-\n4160) Expense: $120,000 (102532-6260)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Sagecrest\nPlanning+Environmental, to provide professional\nservices related to building plan check, building\ninspection, Building Official, and other building and\nplanning related staffing as needed for a term ending\nJune 30, 2025; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. R-2023-19, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\nauthorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year 2022-\n23 in compliance with City Charter of the City of\nPlacentia §§ 1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator to approve up to two\n(2) additional one-year extensions pursuant to the\nterms of the subject Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Sagecrest\nPlanning+Environmental; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute the necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAmendment #2 PSA Sagecrest with Exhibits\nCertificate of Insurance\nResolution R-2023-19
