10. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE SAFE STEP IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT PW 2021-02\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that All Cities Engineering, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Safe Step Improvement Project (PW\n2021-02). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the document on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to\nsubmit the Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of the County\nRecorder of Orange County within fifteen days of City Council approval, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to\nrelease any unencumbered retention in accordance with California law.
