Approve an Agreement for Contract Services with Pestmaster Services, L.P., a Delaware limited\npartnership, for Pest Control Services for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $82,500;\n— 2. Authorized the Public Works Director to execute any necessary contingency in an amount not to\nexceed ten percent (10%) of the original contract amount; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
