A. ADOPTION OF THE DRAFT 2023-2024 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR\nEXPENDITURES OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS\nPublic Hearing to consider the proposed submission of the 2023-24 Annual\nAction Plan for the Community Development Block Grant.\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Approve, and adopt the draft 2023-24 Annual Action Plan for the use of\nCommunity Development Block Grant Funds.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the Annual Action Plan to HUD to\nexecute the HUD contract.\n3. Accept grant revenues of $314,259 from HUD to Miscellaneous Grants Fund\n(Fund 017).\n4. Authorize a related budget appropriation of $314,259 to the CDBG fund for\nthe amounts in the 2023-24 Action Plan.
