Chapman Avenue Funding:\n$916,500 (Housing Successor Agency (530000-6720)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. R-2023-17, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\nauthorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year 2022-\n23 in compliance with City Charter of the City of\nPlacentia §§1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. R-2023-18, A resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California,\napproving a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Nedra\nM.
