18.\nAn Agreement between the City of Highland and the YMCA of the East Valley to Provide\nAfter School Activity Program Services within Certain Schools in the Redlands and San\nBernardino City Unified School Districts ( RUSD & SBCUSD)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council approve the After School Activity\nProgram Agreement and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
