3.4 Second Amendment to Concession Agreement with Mastroianni Family Enterprises,\nLLC dba Jay’s Catering for Onsite Catering and Venue Operation at the Rose Center.\nRECOMMENDATION:\n..Recommendation\nA. Approve the Second Amendment to the existing Concession Agreement with\nMastroianni Family Enterprises, LLC, dba Jay’s Catering for a term to conclude daily\noperation on August 31, 2025 and for a single day use on October 11, 2025 in the amount\nof 60 percent (60%) venue fee and 10 percent (10%) food and beverage fee, estimated\n$3,500 fee; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on the City’s behalf in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
