5.\nAPPROVAL OF REVISED COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY\nOF SOUTH PASADENA FOR SHARING OF FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMAND\nSTAFF\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the updated Cooperative\nAgreement Between the Cities of South Pasadena and San Marino for Sharing of Fire\nDepartment Command Staff and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement on behalf of the City. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve the updated Cooperative Agreement Between the Cities of South\nPasadena and San Marino for Sharing of Fire Department Command Staff and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.”
